The following is an answer and/or comment by inhahe aka ColorStorm (inhahe.com - myriachromat.wordpress.com).
I'll just answer all of them in one answer, since I don't want anybody to unfollow me for answering 40 short answers in a row.

For "What name would you pair with it" I wasn't sure what you meant but I'm assuming you mean middle names, so I'm giving middle names for some of them (the ones I don't hate and/or can think of a middle name for).

Some of the middle names I think of tend to be last names, maybe they're not really acceptable as middle names, I dunno.

Daughters:

- [Ada, Alchemilla, Azalea]: Ada (I would say Azalea if not for Iggy Azalea)
- [Bathsheba, Belphoebe, Bia]: Bia. My first thought for a middle name was Bia King, but I guess people would think "King" is too unsuitable for a female.
- [Cadence, Cassia, Cyra]: Cassia Ray, maybe Cassia Menorah (Cadence is a close second).
- [Daisy, Delphina, Dorothea]: Daisy. For a middle name, Duck (Just Kidding :))
- [Eleonora, Elisabetta, Evelyn]: Evelyn Pierce, possibly Eve for short. (my first answer was going to be Eleonora, then I changed my mind.).
- [Faye, Ffion, Freya]: Faye Apple(?)
- [Galatea, Genevieve, Gwen]: Gwen I guess (don't like any of those very much. At least Gwen reminds me of Charles' beautiful girlfriend in Charles in Charge, Gwendolyn Pierce)
- [Hadassah, Havana, Hope]: Havana Moon (tough choice between that and Hope).
- [Imogen, Iris, Ivy]: Ivy Summers (tough choice between that and Iris.. also Imogen is one of the tentative names I have for a company should I ever start one. :P)
- [Jada, Jetta, Juniper]: Jada Sun (I thought I'd pick Jetta until I noticed that Jada is pronounced JADE-uh)
- [Kailani, Keturah, Keziah]: Kailani Mistral (Kai for short)
- [Lacie, Lilo, Lunette]: Lacie Bay
- [Maisie, Michelangela, Mirabella]: Maisie Bella. This was a tough choice. I like Maisie better than Mirabella (somewhat despite myself - there's this girl I know who goes by the handle mazy^grace who's stupid, petty, arrogant, obnoxious, dishonest with herself, etc.), but Mira could be the short form of Mirabella and I like Mira better than Maisie. Also I suppose Angel could be short for Michelangela, and Angel is in my tentative names list)
- [Naomi, Nia, Nouvelle]: Nia (though I would greatly prefer Mia)
- [Olivianna, Opal, Ottilie]: Olivianna Darci or Olivianna Marcel/Marcelle (maybe Olive for short, or Olivia.. though the two middle names I mentioned don't go well with Olive).
- [Pearl, Phaedra, Poppy] none of those, haha (though if I *had* to choose one, I guess I would say Poppy. wait, no, I changed my mind.. Pearl, as much as I dislike that name. :P)
- [Quilla, Quincia, Quintessa]: Quincia, Quin for short (reminds me of Quinn the medicine woman). For a middle name, maybe Addams?
- [Raven, Roma, Rosalind]: Raven Sky (though if I were nicer I would name her Rosalind just because it's normal even though I don't like that name at all)
- [Serendipity, Skye, Sophia]: Skye, thinking for a middle name maybe Skye Amethyst, but I thought that might be too much.
- [Taja, Thea, Tosca]: Taja. For a middle name, Taja Sinclair comes to mind, but I think Sinclair is a male name.
- [Una, Ursa, Utari]: I definitely wouldn't pick Ursa, which sounds like Ursela the sea witch, so it's an avoidance-avoidance conflict between na and Utari. I guess out of those I'd pick na.
- [Valeska, Victorian, Vienna]: Valeska, maybe Valley for short (I can't think of Vienna without tasting Vienna sausages)
- [Waverly, Wednesday, Wren]: Waverly Kim. Tough choice between Waverly and Wednesday. Waverly doesn't sound like a name to me, and reminds me of the Disney TV show Wizards of Waverly Place, and Wednesday seems like it would be seen as almost a joke because of the Addams Family character (even though I personally like that persona), like the kind of thing that's fine if you name yourself it but you probably don't want to name someone else it that you don't know would want to be named that. Anyway I looked up Waverly and see that it's an actual name, so.. Waverly.
- [Xaviera, Xena, Xola]: I would say Xena if not for Xena the Warrior Princess, so Xaviera (even though it just sounds like a thinly feminized Xavier)
- [Yelizaveta, Yue, Yura]: Yura
- [Zara, Zphyrine, Zo]: Zo. For a middle name.. maybe Zo Sana

Boys:

- [Alistair, Apollos, Azariah]: Azariah, maybe Aza for short, or Azzy. For a middle name, maybe Azzy Klein.
- [Baelfire, Blaise, Brooks]: Brooks, although Brook would be such a better name (even though I think it's a girl's name), Brooks just sounds like a last name (Mel Brooks). For short, I'd call him Bro. Haha J/K.
- [Caddock, Cedric, Cyrus]: Cedric. (Caddock sounds like a type of fish, and Cyrus sounds like Miley Cyrus' last name)
- [Damien, Domnali, Draco]: Damien Mathory or Damien Madden. (Definitely not Draco, everyone knows Draco to be that obnoxious kid in Harry Potter. And besides that it sounds like "draconian" or something)
- [Edward, Eldridge, Esaias]: Esaias, maybe Essy for short. For a middle name, I'm thinking maybe Master. (Tough choice between Edward and Esaias. I like Esaias better, but Edward would be a saner thing to name someone.)
- [Fabian, Flynn, Frey]: Tough choice. I think of Flynn as a last name (especially the last name of this weird old guy I knew whom everyone eventually became fed up with and he got kicked out of the house that a bunch of people were renting rooms in), and Frey is too much like "fray", as in "i'm a frayed knot", or "above the fray", and Fabian sounds too narcissistic to me, like a Greek-god-like male model who spends 12 hours a day staring at himself in the mirror. I guess I'll have to say Fabian, Frey would be too mean, and other people might have other associations with "Fabian" than I do.
- [Gannon, Gilead, Gwynfor]: Tough choice. Gannon sounds like a cross between a name and the device you use in a war to shoot large metal balls at the enemy, Gilead sounds like an epic book or something from the middle ages, and Gwynfor sounds like something from a story, like the mountain Frodo has to go to to throw the ring into the lava pit, or one of the four houses of Hogwarts. I honestly can't bring myself to pick any of these.. =P
- [Hartley, Hollander, Hunter]: Hartley Price. (tough choice, all these are about equal for me. Hunter would be less favorable than the other two except that it's the one that I actually know of as a name, such as Hunter S. Thompson.)
- [Ilan, Indigo, Isaias]: Ilan (another tough choice. Indigo is too evocative of the new age concept of "indigo children", and not to mention Inigo Montoya. Isaias is a lot like Isaiah, and I'm not a big fan of biblical names. Though I don't think I would like the sound of that one much anyway.)
- [Japheth, Jaron, Juniper]: Jaron
- [Kazuki, Kingsley, Koios]: Kingsley. Kazuki sounds like a type of machine gun, or maybe a Japanese suicide pilot. Very Japanese in any case. Kingsley sounds like a last name, particularly Ben Kingsley's last name. Koios is weird, reminds me of Koyaanisqatsi somehow. I guess I'll have to say Kingsley, it is kinda neat anyway, partially because Ben Kingsley is such an awesome actor.
- [Leland, Loki, Lnasa]: Leland. Defiintely not Loki, there's no way I'd name my son after a mythical god, especially not one that's the bad guy in a major action film that everyone loves and adores even though he's evil.. people are disgustingtly amoral. =P Lnasa sounds South African or something. I guess I'll have to say Leland.
- [Malachi, Miles, Mykolas]: Malachi Morelan. I first thought, not Malachi, because I don't like biblical names, but Miles sounds boring and drab as heck, and Mykolas sounds like an elven member of the Fellowship of the Ring. For a middle name I thought something starting with "Mor", out of the Mor names I looked at, I'd say Morelan, Moreli, Morrissey, or (possibly) Morio.
- [Natsu, Noah, Nox]: Natsu sounds like a character from a video game, Nox evokes the word Noxious, Noah is way too biblical. But I guess I'll say Noah.
- [Oberon, Oliver, Orion]: Oliver. (Oberon sounds like a fictional character, and Orion seems better relegated to being the name of a greek god and a constellation)
- [Page, Pippin, Prentice]: Page (Pippin reminds me of Pippi Longstocking (not that I would like it anyway), and Prentice sounds like 2/3rds of the word "apprentice")
- [Quest, Quillan, Quintin]: Quintin Boss. Nice middle name, huh? :P (Quest is cheesy, Quillan reminds me of porcupine quills; Quintin at least has something in common with Quentin Tarantino.)
- [Raleigh, Remington, Rosario]: Raleigh. (Remington just makes me thing Remington Steele, or the company that makes hair-related equipment). Raleigh is kinda cool, anyway.
- [Sailor, Samwise, Saraphinus]: I don't like any of these, Sailor seems like a hokey and mean thing to name a boy, Samwise is just weird, and Saraphinus is way out there.. but if I had to name my son one of these I'd say Samwise, at least I could just call him Sam for short.
- [Takahiro, Thoreau, Traveler]: Takahiro is too Japanese for me, Thoreau sounds too much like the name of a famous philosopher, and Traveler .. isn't a name.. it's a person who travels.. but I guess I'd have to say Thoreau. Unless, maybe, Traveler could just say his name is Trav everywhere and people would just assume his full name is Travis. :P
- [Ukko, Ulaidh, Umber]: These are starting to get pretty weird..I guess Umber.
- [Vardan, Vesper, Victory]: Victory, but I'd have to come up with a nickname for him. Not sure if Victor is an option, because it just leaves off one letter, but Vic maybe. The thing about Vic though is I would assume it's normally short for Vicky, a girl's name..
- [Wellesley, Winfield, Willow]: Willow, even though I often think about how much I dislike that name. =P Definitely Will for short.
- [Xadrian, Xande, Xerxes]: Xande Harold
- [Yedidyah, Yoshi, Yusef]: Yoshi, although people are going to think of Mario's dinosaur. Yedidhyah sounds like the name of an obscure flower or spider, and Yusef sounds kinda.. Saudi Arabian.
- [Zachariah, Zebedee, Zeo]: Zeo. Zeo Sharp?
